Prior to scheduling an appointment with the Accountant please request our "Get to know us" video. The video provides information about our team, services, and how we work. After viewing the video you determine the services we provide is relevant to your specific situation, please complete the pre-appointment questionnaire and submit it at the time you schedule your appointment. We will use the questionnaire to set the appointment agenda and duration. If you schedule your appointment online you can email the questionnaire to email@example.com or fax it to (602) 841-7848.
At Savoy, our appointment policy reflects the high value we place on the Accountant's time. We require a consultation fee of $85 when scheduling an appointment with the Accountant for the first half hour. If additional time is needed you will have the option of purchasing additional time at $65 per half hour. If you decide to use our services, we will credit 50% of the consultation fee towards your invoice which must be used on the day of your appointment. We accept Visa and MasterCard and we can process the payment over the phone or online.
Appointments are scheduled in half hour increments. An agenda is set for all appointments to ensure enough time is allotted to answer questions, review documents, and render professional advice. At the conclusion of the appointment, a written quote for services will be provided if additional services are needed.
Your consultation fee will be fully refunded if you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. If you fail to give 48 hours notice you will forfeit the fee even if you reschedule.
On the other hand, if for any reason the Accountant has to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will receive an automatic discount of 10% off the quoted service fee at your rescheduled appointment. If you do not want to reschedule and were given less than 48 hours notice, your consultation fee will be fully refunded plus you will receive $20 for your inconvenience.
